Para Chiavenato (2003), há três níveis diferentes de comportamento nas organizações que podem ser explorados:

  • A macroperspectiva do comportamento organizacional que discute o comportamento do sistema organizacional como totalidade;
  • A perspectiva intermediária do comportamento organizacional no qual aborda o comportamento de grupos e equipes na empresa;
  • A microperspectiva do comportamento organizacional que trata do comportamento individual de cada colaborador ao trabalhar sozinho na corporação.

Nessa perspectiva, Chiavenato (2003) define que a abordagem macro do comportamento organizacional se fundamenta em questões como comunicar, liderar, proporcionar decisões, lidar com estresse e conflito, proporcionar negociação, tipos de poder e política e coordenar atividades de trabalho.

Já a perspectiva intermediaria do comportamento organizacional se baseia em observações sobre equipes, no qual busca descobrir formas de socialização que estimulem a cooperação entre os indivíduos e a progresso da produtividade em grupo.

Logo, a microperspectiva do comportamento organizacional possui uma forte orientação psicológica por focar as diferenças particulares e de personalidade, percepção e atribuição, motivação e satisfação no trabalho.

QUESTÃO CERTA: De acordo com o modelo de comportamento organizacional, a gestão de pessoas ocorre em três níveis: no da macroperspectiva, no da perspectiva intermediária e no da microperspectiva, avaliando-se, neste último, o comportamento do profissional em seu trabalho individual, a partir da verificação de fatores como motivação e satisfação no trabalho.
