QUESTÃO CERTA: Segundo Edgar Schein, cultura organizacional pode ser vista como um ‘conjunto de premissas que um grupo aprendeu a aceitar, como resultado da solução de problemas de adaptação ao ambiente e de integração interna. Essas premissas funcionam suficientemente bem para serem consideradas válidas e podem ser ensinadas a novos integrantes como a forma correta de perceber, pensar e sentir-se em relação a esses problemas de adaptação externa e integração interna’ (apud, ROBINS. S. P. Comportamento Organizacional. Tradução técnica: Reynaldo Marcondes. São Paulo: Prentice Hall, 2005). Nesse diapasão, entre os níveis fundamentais da cultura organizacional, os denominados pressupostos básicos correspondem: a aspectos como crenças e percepções, que integram o nível mais profundo da cultura organizacional.

QUESTÃO CERTA: Os estudiosos da cultura organizacional costumam enfatizar que tal fenômeno, diferentemente do clima organizacional, é arraigado e de difícil mutação na organização: o que não impede a existência de aspectos formais e abertos, de fácil percepção por terceiros, denominados artefatos observáveis ou, simplesmente, artefatos.

QUESTÃO CERTA: No que concerne à cultura organizacional, de acordo com os principais aspectos abordados pelos doutrinadores, tem-se que: pode ser percebida e identificada por aqueles que não pertencem à organização a partir dos seus “sintomas” ou artefatos observáveis, como os símbolos, marcas e vestimentas utilizados.

QUESTÃO CERTA: Configura exemplo de artefato da cultura organizacional a hipótese de o Banco da Amazônia S.A. adotar como símbolo de sua instituição, nos documentos que emitir, a imagem de uma vitória-régia.

É como se estivéssemos observando um iceberg. A sua parte superior é perfeitamente visível, pois se encontra na superfície acima das águas. Contudo, a sua parte inferior fica oculta sob as águas e totalmente fora da visão das pessoas. Da mesma maneira, a cultura organizacional mostra aspectos formais e facilmente perceptíveis, como as políticas e diretrizes, os métodos e procedimentos, os objetivos, a estrutura organizacional e a tecnologia adotada. Contudo, oculta alguns aspectos informais como percepções, sentimentos, atitudes, valores, interações informais, normas grupais etc. Os aspectos ocultos da cultura organizacional são os mais difíceis não somente de compreender e de interpretar, como também de mudar ou sofrer transformações.

QUESTÃO CERTA: Depois da reforma do prédio, todos os 30 funcionários foram colocados em um grande salão, sem paredes ou divisórias. As normas de vestimenta também foram relaxadas. Passou a ser permitido ir ao escritório sem gravatas, e, às sextas-feiras, não era mais obrigatório o uso do paletó. O gerente acreditava que, dessa maneira, a comunicação fluiria mais livremente entre os funcionários e isso traria aumento da eficiência. Esse gerente está operando no nível da cultura organizacional denominado: artefato.

QUESTÃO CERTA: A cultura organizacional é um conceito bastante amplo e permeia diferentes camadas de uma organização, incluindo: a camada mais superficial, nos aspectos em que é mais visível, como, por exemplo, marcas, logotipos e uniformes.

QUESTÃO CERTA: Os fenômenos do clima e da cultura organizacional são amplamente estudados pela literatura especializada, em razão da repercussão na atuação das organizações. Nesse contexto, os denominados pressupostos básicos correspondem: ao nível mais profundo da cultura da organização, mais fechado, como, por exemplo, as crenças e percepções comuns a seus integrantes.

QUESTÃO ERRADA: Os valores de uma organização representam suas características intrínsecas e, por isso, são inalteráveis.

Realmente os valores são características intrínsecas, ou seja, valores contidos/internos nas características da organização, mas esses valores com o passar do tempo podem ser alterados de acordo com o plano estratégico estabelecido.

QUESTÃO ERRADA: Considerando os níveis de manifestação da cultura organizacional, os rituais encontram-se em nível mais profundo que os valores e representam certos gestos, palavras, cerimônias sociais e figuras facilmente reconhecidos pelos membros da organização.

Artefatos: Nível mais superficial e perceptível da cultura. É aquilo que podemos notar facilmente a partir do que as pessoas falam e como se comportam. Engloba os produtos, serviços, tipo de vestuário, símbolos, histórias, alimentos, vestimentas, lugares, mascotes, heróis, ritos, rituais, gestos, cerimônias, festividades, etc.
