Na página 39 do mesmo livro, os autores ilustram em um quadro as Instituições no Sistema Financeiro Não Monetário. Entre elas estão as Sociedades de crédito, financiamento e investimento, as Sociedades de crédito imobiliário e as Associações de poupança e empréstimo. Por essa razão, a assertiva está errada.
