O Que É PIB À Ótica da Despesa (Demanda)? Como Calcular?

QUESTÃO ERRADA: Ao se mensurar o produto interno bruto (PIB) a partir da óptica da despesa, devem-se excluir as exportações porque elas não representam gastos dos agentes econômicos domésticos.

Produto interno bruto = Total dos bens e serviços produzidos pelas unidades produtoras residentes destinados ao consumo final sendo, portanto, equivalente à soma dos valores adicionados pelas diversas atividades econômicas acrescida dos impostos, líquidos de subsídios, sobre produtos.

O produto interno bruto também é equivalente à soma dos consumos finais de bens e serviços valorados a preço de mercado sendo, também, equivalente à soma das rendas primárias. Pode, portanto, ser expresso por três óticas:

a) da produção – o produto interno bruto é igual ao valor bruto da produção, a preços básicos, menos o consumo intermediário, a preços de consumidor, mais os impostos, líquidos de subsídios, sobre produtos;

b) da demanda – o produto interno bruto é igual a despesa de consumo das famílias, mais o consumo do governo, mais o consumo das instituições sem fins de lucro a serviço das famílias (consumo final), mais a formação bruta de capital fixo, mais a variação de estoques, mais as exportações de bens e serviços, menos as importações de bens e serviços;

c) da renda – o produto interno bruto é igual à remuneração dos empregados, mais o total dos impostos, líquidos de subsídios, sobre a produção e a importação, mais o rendimento misto bruto, mais o excedente operacional bruto

QUESTÃO ERRADA: A mensuração do PIB da despesa não deve levar em conta as vendas externas porque elas não representam gastos e residentes do país.

QUESTÃO ERRADA: Considerando que os dados na tabela precedente representem algumas informações financeiras do Brasil no ano 201X, julgue o item subsequente, de acordo com a teoria dos sistemas de contas nacionais em uma economia aberta. O PIB brasileiro no ano 201X foi de R$ 300 bilhões.

PIBpm = DA (o PIB é igual à demanda agregada, pela ótica da despesa)

PIBpm = C + I + G + X – M

PIBpm = 200 + 100 + 30 + 30 – 20

PIBpm = 340 bilhões de reais, portanto gabarito errado.

Na mensuração do PIB pela ótica da DESPESA NACIONAL (DN) pode‐se determinar como os agentes econômicos gastam o produto Nacional.  São revelados quais são os setores compradores do Produto Nacional. Isso significa que o produto nacional é vendido para os quatro agentes de despesas: (Consumidores, empresas, governo e setor externo).

DN = C + I + G + (X – M)

Sendo:

DN = Despesa Nacional = PIB

C = Consumo das Famílias (Despesas das Famílias com bens e serviços finais).

Ex: Consumo das famílias com automóveis, geladeira, TV, Educação, Transporte público e alimentos.

I = Investimento (Parcela do PIB destinada ao investimento em ativos que ampliam a capacidade de produção da economia)

Ex: Construção de uma nova fábrica, Construção de um aeroporto, estradas, rodovias além de máquinas e equipamentos para produção.

G = Gastos do Governo (Setor Público). Representa os gastos do Governo Federal, Estadual e Municipal.

Ex: Serviços do Governo: Justiça, Educação e Saneamento. As despesas do Governo concentram‐se em Despesa de Custeio (Salários e materiais para manutenção e funcionamento da máquina pública) e Despesa de Capital (Construção de hospitais, escolas).

X = Exportação. Representa os bens e serviços produzidos dentro do País e exportados (enviados) para fora do País.

Ex: Brasil produz minério de ferro e exporta para a China.

M= Importação. Representa os bens e serviços consumidos no País, mas que são importados (comprados) em outros países.

Ex: Um consumidor no Brasil adquiriu um computador comprado (importado) da China.

Uma medida importante para determinar o potencial de crescimento econômico de um País é a Taxa de Investimento em relação ao PIB.

Taxa de Investimento = PIB / Investimento.

Y = C + I + G + (X – M)

C representa o consumo privado
I é a totalidade de investimentos realizada no período
G equivale aos gastos do governo
X é o volume de exportações
M é o volume de importações

QUESTÃO CERTA: O Produto Interno Bruto – PIB a preços de mercado mede o total dos bens e serviços produzidos pelas unidades residentes que têm como destino um uso final (exclui consumo intermediário). Considerando-se a ótica de mensuração do PIB pela demanda, é correto afirmar que o seu cômputo é dado: pela despesa de consumo final mais a formação bruta de capital fixo, mais a variação de estoques, mais as exportações de bens e serviços, menos as importações de bens e serviços.

Falso. O cálculo do PIB que leva em consideração a importação é feito pela ótica do consumo (Y = C + I + G + X – M). Nesse cálculo só é contabilizada a soma dos gastos em bens e serviços finais, nunca intermediários.
