  2. b) Fatores Motivadores, Intrínsecos ou Satisfacientes: referem-se ao conteúdo do cargo, as tarefas e aos deveres relacionados com o cargo em si. São responsáveis pela existência de satisfação dos funcionários. Incluem aspectos como chances de promoção, oportunidades de crescimento pessoal, reconhecimento, responsabilidades e realização.
